The Unarmored Women's Retreat

A retreat for women who are ready to shake off their armor and let in more love, joy, and peace in their lives.

Experience all of the magic of a Somatic Sound Ceremony with extra time to connect with like-minded women, receive deeper coaching and integration support, and make greater steps towards transformation in your life.

Dates: 10/15-10/18 2026

Location: Idyllwild, CA - Check out the house!

• Accommodations include either twin bunk beds or shared queen beds

Attendees: 10 women, 2 facilitators, 1 chef (serving DELICIOUS organic meals!), and 1 photographer (who will be capturing you in your essence before and after the ceremony!)

Thursday 10/15

• Arrival between 4-6pm
• 6:30pm Dinner
• 7:30pm Opening Circle

Friday 10/16

• 8-9am Light Breakfast
• 9-10am Light Yoga
• 11am-5:30pm Somatic Sound Ceremony
• 6:30pm Dinner

Saturday 10/17

• 8:30-9:30am Yoga
• 9:30-10:30am Breakfast
• 10:30am-1:30pm Integration
• 1:30pm Lunch
• 2-5pm Free Time
• Pickleball onsite, shopping in town, hot tub, or rest!
• 5-7pm Movement Embodiment Session
• 7pm Dinner

Sunday 10/18

• 8am Breakfast
• 9-11am Hike + Earth Connection
• 12-1pm Wrap Up Session
• 1-2pm Pack 
• 2pm Leave!
