Somatic Sound Ceremony

The Somatic Sound Ceremony is the central gathering through which core spiritual teachings are encountered and embodied in lived experience. The ceremony is held in a structured, intentional container and is designed to align with and reinforce our community’s beliefs about reverence, responsibility, and the disciplined pursuit of healing and communion with Spirit and the Divine.

By using a combination of sound healing, meditation, breathwork, visualization, vocalization, and ancestral wisdom these ceremonies help one work through past pain, unravel trauma and stuck energy held in the nervous system, and deepen connection to Spirit and the Divine.
